Quality Policy
"The permanent improvement of quality of our offered services, the consequence in our customers, the maintenance and growth of share of our purchase through the continuous education of our personnel, the observation of our promises, the rational organization of our premises and the observation of philosophy of our company".
For the achievement of this policy, all the necessary requirements and regulations for the management of this quality, have been certified by TUV RHEINLAND GROUP in 16-04-2007 and constitute the documentation of System of Management of Quality, according to the international patent EN ISO 9001:2000.
The company's policies are achieved with the systematic planning, control and monitoring of processes, while the continuous improvement of all activities can ensure more productivity.
For this aim we promote and support the common work and the attendance of workers in the configuration of processes. We place objectives in all administrative levels and with continuous follow-up and readjustment of these issues, we achieve the active attendance and partition of employees in the total operation of the company.
For this reason, it is engaged that all employees are informed with regard to laws and regulations depending on their responsibilities, while they work and act with probative elements according to the predetermined objectives. Activities, flows and actions that do not guarantee the achievement of objectives are interrupted immediately by the persons in charge, while investigations of causes are carried out and all the required steps of improvement take place.
