You can send us an item back only when:
· You received another product instead of the one you have ordered by our mistake
· The product you have just received is not working properly
·
You have discovered that the product is not suitable to you
· The product has been damaged and needs to be fixed.
In the first two cases you are not eligible to the shipping costs and the return occurs with one of our partners (courier). Whereas in the last two cases the shipping costs and the return of the goods belongs to you.Back | Add a comment
